.
What is the Garden Gym?
It is special, welcoming outdoor space for personal training sessions.
What kind of training do you offer?
I passionately believe that for fitness to become a staple in your life, that it must be engaging and fun.
I design sessions with lots of variety, great music, are adaptable for all fitness levels and that feature lots of great equipment.
What kind of equipment is available?
Boxing bag, Body Blade, spin bike, weights, skipping ropes, mini-trampoline, resistance bands, balance boards, Power Spin, TRX, body bars, medicine balls, Fitt Cube, steps & Bosu – pretty much everything!
How much does it cost?
I would love to welcome you to The Garden Gym & talk about your fitness journey & how I can help.
An introductory visit and consultation is free of charge: with no obligation.
Session packages are in blocks of six for £210
(that’s £35 per session)
My prices are competitive because I don’t have gym rent to pay
or travel-time to build in to set up in the park.
What if it’s raining?
I have a waterproof gazebo, so if it rains: we train!
Where is it?
It is in the back garden of my house in Wallington, close to Beddington Park.
Access is through a private gate and not through the house.
FREE PARKING
