What is the Garden Gym?​
It is an outdoor space for 1 to 1 personal fitness training sessions.​

What kind of training do you offer?​
I truly believe that for fitness to become a staple part of your life, that it must be engaging and fun. I design sessions with lots of variety, great music, that are adaptable for all fitness levels and that feature lots of great kit.​

What kind of equipment is available?​
Boxing gloves/pads/bag, Body Blade, spin bike, dumbbells, kettlebells, skipping ropes, mini-trampoline, resistance bands, balance boards, Power Spin, TRX, body bars, medicine balls – pretty much everything!​​​

How much does it cost?​

I would love to welcome you to The Garden Gym, show you the set up & talk about your fitness goals. An introductory visit and consultation is free of charge.

Where is it?​

It is in the back garden of my house in WALLINGTON, access is through a private gate and not through the house – close to Beddington Park. FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE.​

Who will be teaching me?​
Tracey Lloyd, a fully qualified & insured fitness instructor/personal trainer.
Tracey is certified in Outdoor Fitness, Exercise To Music & is also a Hatton Academy Boxing For Fitness Instructor.
She is also a member of CIMSPA: The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity. CIMSPA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.


When Can I Have My Sessions?​
Sessions can be scheduled around your lifestyle​.

How long are the sessions?​
Please allow 50 minutes – 1 hour which includes the warm-up, main session, stretch and progress chat.

What do I need to bring with me?​
A drink, a towel & appropriate clothing for the weather including a long sleeved top for the cooldown.

Can I Park?​
Yes, free parking is available.

Health & Safety

Tracey is fully insured, a certified First Aider and the space has been risk assessed.
I thoroughly sanitise all equipment between sessions.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Welcome to The Garden Gym!

My name is Tracey. I am excited to share the joys of exercising outdoors. ​

In 2018 I qualified in Exercise To Music and outdoor fitness and then in 2019 I qualified in Boxing For Fitness with the Hatton Acedamy.

 

I decided to sell my garden furniture and turn my garden into a unique exercise space and I’d love to share it with you! It gives all of the benefits of exercising in the park but you have privacy and access to equipment that you couldn’t use in a park.​
